Your face is a spreadsheet: why I measure everything
Hot take that shouldn't be hot: if you can't put a number on it, you can't improve it.
Before Mavqen I kept a literal spreadsheet โ gonial angle estimates from protractor screenshots, monthly bodyweight, sleep averages. Primitive, but it worked because measurement kills two demons at once: cope AND dysmorphia. You can't convince yourself a method works when the number didn't move, and you can't spiral about a flaw the number says is average.
Now the app does it for me, but the principle stands. Measure monthly. Trust trends, not single reports. Argue with data, not mirrors.
