What we collect

Account data (email, username), the photos you upload for analysis, the notes and progress photos you add to your tracker, and product analytics.

Face photos are biometric data

Your analysis photos are processed to generate your report and stored privately against your account. They are never public, never shown to other users, and never sold. Some analysis steps send a photo to a third-party processor; where that applies it is disclosed at the point of use.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't publish your face or your score. There is no public profile, feed, or leaderboard.

Your controls

Delete individual tracker entries from your Dashboard, and your entire account — profile, scans, photos, protocol and tracker history — from Settings. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Cookies

Session cookies keep you signed in. If you arrive through a Mavqen link (mavqen.io/r/…), a link cookie (30 days) records which link it was, so we can count the visit, credit the sign-up or purchase to that link, and apply any discount the link carries at checkout. A visitor cookie (one year, a random id) lets us count unique visitors and which pages they view, so we know how many people the site reaches; it is not shared with anyone. We also record your IP address and the country it resolves to; IP addresses are not displayed anywhere in the product.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
