1. The service

MAVQEN provides aesthetic measurement, planning, and community tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content, scores, verdicts, and rankings are informational.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for what you post. One account per person. Point farming, vote manipulation, and self-referral abuse forfeit points and may close accounts.

3. Content

You own what you post and grant us a license to display it within the service. Shared journeys and rating cards are visible to others when you make them public.

4. The points economy

Points have no cash value, aren't transferable, and may be adjusted in cases of abuse. Premium redemptions are final.

5. Medical disclaimer

Nothing here substitutes for a qualified professional. Surgeon Finder profiles must be independently verified. Procedure guides are patient-education material, not recommendations.

6. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for decisions made based on scores, verdicts, or community content.
