Terms of Service

1. The service

Mavqen provides aesthetic measurement, planning, and simulation tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Scores, verdicts, protocols, and rankings are informational.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for the photos you upload. One account per person. You must be 18 or over to use the analysis, protocol, and simulation features.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and notes you upload. You grant us the licence needed to process them and show them back to you inside your own account. We do not publish your analysis, your photos, or your score anywhere.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the price shown at checkout. Pre-bookings are non-refundable and lock the rate for as long as the subscription stays active; the subscription itself starts at launch, not at purchase.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Medical disclaimer

Nothing here substitutes for a qualified professional. Surgeon Finder profiles must be independently verified; a listing is not an endorsement or a referral. Procedure guides are patient-education material, not recommendations.

6. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for decisions made on the basis of scores, verdicts, or protocol content.
