Architecture of the Stack
Why stacking beats sequencing
Softmax interventions are largely independent systems — skin doesn't wait for fat loss, posture doesn't compete with hair. Running them in parallel compresses a 2-year serial journey into ~16 weeks of overlapping timelines:
- Weeks 1–16: body recomposition (the slow backbone)
- Weeks 1–16: skincare (results visible ~week 8, compounding after)
- Weeks 1–8: posture correction intensive, then maintenance
- Weeks 2–4: grooming systems (instant wins, scheduled early for morale)
- Weeks 4–16: hair optimization (cut strategy immediately; density interventions if applicable)
The stack is deliberately front-loaded with fast wins (grooming, debloating, posture) while the slow compounding systems (fat loss, retinoids) run underneath. Motivation is a resource; this schedule budgets it.
Each following lesson is one system with its weekly deliverable. Your tracker heatmap is the accountability layer — the stack only works run concurrently, and the heatmap makes concurrency visible.
