Read this before any consult
Rhinoplasty has the widest outcome variance of any facial procedure: the same operation name covers career-best artistry and irreversible damage. Revision rates run 5–15% across the field, and revisions are harder, costlier, and less predictable than primaries. Your job is to make your primary your last.
Candidacy: what noses actually improve
Strong candidates have a specific, describable concern the surgeon can point to on imaging: dorsal hump, bulbous tip, deviated axis, over-projection. Weak candidates want 'a better nose' — undefined goals produce the over-resected, scooped results that defined 90s rhinoplasty and today's revision wards.
