Mechanism
Firm hyaluronic acid on the pogonion projects the chin forward and downward, improving the chin–lip–nose relationship and lengthening the apparent mandibular border.

The full read
A retruded chin drags the whole lower face — it shortens the mandibular border, exaggerates the nose, and blurs the submental angle. Two to three millilitres of correctly placed filler often does more for a profile than anything else on this list at the price. The ceiling is real, though: past a few millilitres the result starts to look like a filled chin rather than a projected one, and repeated topping-up migrates. For meaningful projection in a genuinely deficient chin, `genioplasty` is the durable answer and the one a surgeon will steer you toward. Vascular occlusion risk in the chin is lower than in the nose but not zero.
