Liquid Rhinoplasty (Nose Filler)
Camouflages a dorsal hump convincingly and makes the nose bigger, not smaller — and it is the single highest-risk site on the face for blindness from vascular occlusion.

Verdict — mixed
Real in part — the claim outruns what it actually does.
Evidence grade C
Mechanistic plausibility, small studies, or observational data. Suggestive, not established.
Mechanism
Filler placed above and below a dorsal hump straightens the profile line by adding volume around it. The nasal vasculature is an end-arterial system with anastomoses to the ophthalmic artery.

The full read
The aesthetic result on the right nose — a modest hump, a slightly drooping tip, a mild asymmetry — is genuinely good and immediate. The risk is what makes this a consultant-only procedure: intra-arterial injection in the nasal dorsum can embolise retrogradely to the retinal circulation, and the nose accounts for a disproportionate share of reported filler blindness cases, which are usually permanent. It also adds volume to a nose that most patients want reduced, and heavy prior filler complicates a later surgical rhinoplasty by scarring the tissue planes. If surgery is plausibly the eventual answer, filling first can make it harder.
