A 20-week Northwestern study found participants looked ~2.7 years younger by dermatologist rating — but it was tiny (n=16 completers), unblinded-adjacent, and in 40–65-year-olds with volume loss. For young faces there's little to gain, and overworking mimetic muscles can etch dynamic wrinkles (the exact thing botox exists to stop). Low priority.
