Vascular occlusion from filler can necrose skin within hours and has caused permanent blindness via retrograde flow into the ophthalmic artery. Licensed injectors train specifically to avoid and rescue these events (hyaluronidase protocols). Whatever the TikTok price difference, this is a category where the professional premium is the product. We will never rate DIY injection anything but cope.
