Facial Symmetry Exercises
Skeletal asymmetry cannot be exercised away; claimed results are camera angle and expression control.
Evidence grade D
No credible supporting evidence
Mechanism
None credible. Asymmetry is overwhelmingly skeletal and soft-tissue volumetric, not a 'muscle imbalance' correctable by unilateral exercises.

The full read
Every face is asymmetric; observers barely register asymmetry within the normal range. The exercise-video industry sells mirror-checking anxiety back to you as a routine. Genuine functional asymmetries (unilateral chewing, sleep posture) are worth fixing as habits, but they won't move your nasal septum or orbital rims. For consequential asymmetry, the honest options are fillers or surgery.
