Hyaluron Pen / Needle-Free Filler
Banned or warned against by the FDA and MHRA. Uncontrolled depth, non-sterile product, and documented cases of granuloma, necrosis and vision loss.
Also called: hyaluron pen · needle free filler · diy lip filler · jet injector lips
Verdict — cope
The mechanism does not hold. Your time is better spent elsewhere.
Evidence grade D
Nobody has demonstrated this works. Note that this grades the evidence, not the danger — read the verdict for that.
Mechanism
A spring-loaded jet forces product through the epidermis without a needle. Depth and spread are uncontrolled, so the operator cannot know what plane — or vessel — the product entered.

The full read
Every safety property of a filler injection comes from controlling the needle: aspirating before depositing, knowing the plane, staying off the vessel. A jet device removes all three and replaces them with pressure. Regulators have issued explicit safety communications after reports of granulomas, tissue necrosis, infection and permanent vision loss, and the products sold for these devices are frequently unlicensed with no sterility assurance. It is also commonly performed by people with no medical training, since the marketing is that no injection skill is required. There is no candidate for whom this is the right choice — the real version is `lip-filler` with a needle, by someone who can treat an occlusion.
