The effect lasts a few hours, and repeated use causes broken capillaries and irregular tissue texture. Every 'permanent results' testimonial is filler they didn't disclose. If you want durable lip volume, that's what HA filler is for — reversible, dosed, and injected around (not into) vasculature by someone trained.
