Reshapes the bony vault, cartilaginous framework and tip support directly. Structural techniques rebuild support rather than only removing tissue, which is why modern results age better than 1990s reductions.

The nose sits at the centre of the face and governs profile, so the change is larger than any injectable can produce and it is permanent. Two things to take seriously. First, revision rates are genuinely high and surgeon selection dominates the outcome more than in almost any other procedure — look for volume in your specific nasal type, not a general aesthetic practice. Second, breathing is not a side issue: a reduction that ignores internal valve support gives a nose that looks better and works worse, sometimes years later.
