Reading Your Mavqen Report

Numbers before feelings

Your report scores each pillar 0–100 and each underlying ratio against tiered ideal ranges. Three rules for reading it sanely:

1. Look at pillar spreads, not the headline. A 6.1 overall with balanced pillars is a different project than a 6.1 carried by great skin over a weak lower third. The spread IS your roadmap.

2. Find your cheapest points. Sort your weakest metrics by fixability: fluid/leanness issues (weeks), skin/grooming (months), posture (months), bone (surgical). Your Blueprint auto-sorts these, but understand why: motivation compounds when the first wins arrive fast.

3. Distrust single measurements. Any landmark-based metric has noise — photo angle, expression, lighting. Trends across monthly re-rates are signal; a single decimal is not. This is why the tracker exists.

One number worth memorizing: your worst RELIABLE metric. That's the one appearing weak in every photo, every month. That's your project.
