Building Your 90-Day Baseline
The protocol
You cannot optimize what you don't measure, and you cannot measure without a controlled baseline. The 90-day baseline:
Photos (weekly):
- Front + side, phone at eye level, arm's length + timer
- Same window light, same neutral expression, same time of day (morning, post-bathroom, pre-food is the classic)
- No smiling, no angles, no lying to yourself — these photos are data, not content
Logs (daily, 30 seconds): sleep hours, training yes/no, adherence yes/no. Mavqen's tracker gives you points for each log and builds your heatmap — the streak mechanics exist because adherence, not knowledge, is where 90% of transformations die.
Re-rate (monthly): same photo conditions through the analyzer. Expect noise between single reports; trust the 3-month trendline.
At day 90 you'll have: a trustworthy trendline, a visible heatmap of your actual (not imagined) consistency, and the before-photos your future transformation video needs. Graduation criteria for this course: 12 weekly photo sets, one monthly re-rate streak, zero missed weeks.
